Scent Of A Woman Story
The story centers around a scholarship student, Charlie Simms (played by Chris O’Donnell), who takes on the role of caretaker for Colonel Slade (Al Pacino), a retired Army officer who is blind and unpredictable. Charlie is struggling financially, so he agrees to spend Thanksgiving weekend caring for Colonel Slade. As they get to know each other, Charlie realizes that Colonel Slade is bitter and frustrated because of his blindness and all the limitations it places on him.
Colonel Slade shares with Charlie his cynical outlook on life, teaching him valuable life lessons and taking him on a path of self-growth. The two of them embark on a tour of New York City where they engage in a variety of activities and adventures.
