Karate Kid 2 Story

The second installment of the “Karate Kid” franchise, based on the 1984 film, follows the adventures of Danny LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) and his mentor, Master Miyagi (Pat Morita) in Okinawa, Japan. After their successful karate tournament, Daniel and Master Miyagi return to their hometown of Reseda in California, only to find out that their father has fallen ill and must travel back to Okinawa with them.

In Okinawa, Daniel is introduced to a new culture, new customs, and new conflicts as he learns about Master Miyagi’s complex past, including his long-standing rivalry with his best friend Sato (Danny Kaye). Sato still has his grudge against Master Miyagi and is determined to settle their rivalry through a karate match.
